Mrs. Rebecca Lyndon – (CFO & Finance Lead) Company Secretary
Rebecca, Finance Manager for Plymouth schools in the Ted Wragg Trust, started her career in Finance working for Plymouth City Council 9 years ago. Since then, she has worked at City College Plymouth and Marine Academy Plymouth before moving to her current position with The Ted Wragg Trust. Rebecca has gained a Level 4 Association of Accounting Technicians qualification and has commenced her studies with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
As part of the MAT to MAT working model, Ted Wragg support is also provided by Mrs. Sue Pym & Mr. Liam Dingle.
Mrs. Sue Pym
Sue, Executive Director of Finance and Estates at the Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust is an experienced accountant and fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, alongside payroll and management qualifications. Sue is an accredited School Resource Management Adviser and CFO mentor in the DfE programme and has been in her current role six years. This follows an earlier career in various sectors – housing, health, leisure and higher education, charitable and public sector leading a range of functions: Finance, Estates, IT and procurement alongside managing business growth, expanding resources and service delivery.
Mr. Liam Dingle
Liam is the Director of Finance at the Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust who oversees all their financial reporting and compliance, budgeting, in-house payroll and onboarding of new schools. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who before joining Ted Wragg in July 2022, worked in accountancy practice for ten years specialising in managing the services for auditing Multi Academy Trusts. As well as a comprehensive knowledge of Academy Trusts, he also has a lot of experience providing services for commercial entities (audit, tax compliance and advice) gained from his time working in accounting practice.
